Nice atmosphere on it, I liked. Perhaps you need a bit more detail on the image, only a comment

good piece, refine more, and may be some underwater details will make it even better (light rays, bubbles etc)

I like the colour scheme and the light effect in water is nice. if you define with more contrast the things that are close to the viewer even more I think you get a stronger picture. in some parts I think it is ok with sketchy strokes but you could contrast that with more refined ones. Just my random ideas.
